How can I fix my microcassette recorder?

It is a Panasonic RN-402 voice activated. I puchased it in l995, but have used it very little. The left “spindle” won’t turn to rewind tape. Thanks.

Forget about it , go digital. Much more convenient.: Smaller, clearer sound, no tapes which are harder to find, and more recording space.
